SERGIO MARTÍN ALMIRÓN

Tango, folklore and contemporary dancer, educated at the National University of Arts and University of San Martin. World Tango Dance Championship finalist in both categories (Salon Tango and Stage Tango), reaching sixth place in Stage Tango category. Metropolitan Tango Dance Championship finalist in all categories (Salon Tango, Milonga and Walts), reaching sixth place in Salon Tango and Milonga.
 
He was part of the Folkloric Ballet and Tango Company of the National University of Arts. He also belonged to the cast of dancers at the University of Buenos Aires.
 
He has danced in the best national and foreign theaters such as New York City Center, John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Théâtre du Châtelet of Paris, Presidente Alvear Theater, Cervantes National Theater in Buenos Aires, National Theatre of Panama, Ruben Dario National Theatre of Nicaragua, among others; and worked with renowned choreographers, building a great career with his performances in the prestigious plays like "Evita" in Broadway, "Chantecler", "Azares del Quijote y Gardel", "Evitango" and "Evita Vive". In 2014 he produced and directed his first play "Argentino, El Espectáculo", which was premiered in Corrientes Street.
